Can I get vapes shipped to my state?
Vape mail is restricted differently in every state, and most shops leave you to find out after you have paid. Here is the straight answer for all 50 states, plus DC. 36 states ship with no extra restriction, 13 are limited or need a check, and 2 we cannot ship nicotine to at all.

Can you ship vapes to my state?
We ship nicotine products to 36 states with no extra restrictions. 13 states either restrict flavoured products or require brands to appear on a state directory, and 2 states prohibit direct-to-consumer vape shipping entirely. Why can't USPS deliver my vape order?
Federal law under the PACT Act prohibits the US Postal Service from carrying electronic nicotine delivery systems. All nicotine orders ship by UPS or FedEx instead, which is also why an adult signature is required.
Do I have to sign for a vape delivery?
Yes. Nicotine orders require an adult signature from someone aged 21 or over at the delivery address. The courier will check ID. Nobody under 21 can accept the parcel.
Can I get flavoured disposables in California or New York?
No. Both states ban flavoured vape products. We can still ship unflavoured and tobacco-flavour items there, along with any non-nicotine product such as fragrances, rolling trays or ashtrays.
What happens if I order to a state you cannot ship to?
We will contact you and refund the order rather than ship something we are not permitted to send. To avoid the delay, check your ZIP on the product page before you order, or call us on (800) 450-6562.
Are fragrances and accessories restricted too?
No. State vape restrictions apply to nicotine products. Room sprays, car perfumes, diffusers, rolling trays, ashtrays and cigar accessories ship anywhere in the US with no adult-signature requirement.
How do I know the vape I receive is genuine?
Every device we sell carries the manufacturer's own security code. Scratch the panel on the box, then check the code on the brand's official site — Geek Bar at geekbar.com/security-code.html, Lost Mary at lostmary.com/verify.html. Each product page shows where to find the code for that brand.
